Eyes of Faith - EN
Ruminating : Ecclesiastes 3:1-11
" He has made everything beautiful in its time , and even He set eternity in their hearts . Yet people can not find out the work that God does from beginning to end . " Ecclesiastes 3:11
Crises of life can be experienced by anyone , whether it be sickness, layoffs , disasters etc. . In the face of a crisis is very important to note is how we perceive the crisis . If we look at life with the physical eyes , then we will be mired in despair , but if we look also to the ' eye of faith ' then we have no hope. Like the preacher said , " He has made everything beautiful in its time , and even He set eternity in their hearts . Yet people can not find out the work that God does from beginning to end " ( Ecclesiastes 3:11 ) .
Jesus said that He is the light of the world . When we look at the crises of life only , with the physical eyes , we only see a dark image . But when looking at the ' eyes of faith ' and inserting Jesus , then there is a light in the picture . Faith will give hope that God will make everything beautiful in its time .
We see many examples in the Bible , how the characters looked a crisis of faith in his life with the ' eyes of faith ' and they had the victory . When disposed of his brother Joseph , and Joseph when put in prison ; David when Saul persecuted ; Daniel when thrown in Babylon , when entered the lion's den and much more . Why they can have an attitude like that ? One similarity that I see is that they have a close association with God . This is confirmed by the Lord Jesus in the parable of the man building a house . Those who build on sand , crushed his home when the storm came . Those who build on the rock , the house was solid despite storm . Storms of life will definitely 'stop ' in our lives , only time we do not know . We must always be ready .
Motivation : let us get close to God so that we can always use the ' eyes of faith ' in the storms of life .

Mata Iman - ID
Bahan renungan : Pengkhotbah 3:1-11

FATHER Sustainer - EN
Read: Deuteronomy 8
He was walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the Lord your God is with thee, and thou shalt not lack anything (Deuteronomy 2:7)
A year Bible reading:
Ezekiel 12-14
When George Müller was about to set up orphanages in Bristol to accommodate the children who lost their parents due to severe disease outbreaks, George was not a rich man. However, he believes the Father in heaven is so rich and can afford to maintain. He started the orphanage with relying totally to God. And, thanks to the continued prayers being said with full confidence, the Lord fulfill all their needs-even miraculous ways. Until finally, George managed to set up and manage up to five orphanages, with a total of 9,500 children were very well maintained.
When people called him "a giant of faith," George responded thus, "My faith is not different from the faith of other believers. Try it for yourself, and you will receive God's answer. "Yes, George Muller experienced maintenance and orphans is not the exclusive right, but the universal rights that should be enjoyed every believer. As the Lord also showed amazing providence and absurd, the people of Israel as they came out of Egypt. When God promised to lead, he never neglected to maintain. God continues to provide manna every day, until they arrived in Canaan (Exodus 16:35). In fact, God made clothes and shoes they are not broken, and they do not become swollen feet during a 40-year-old (Deuteronomy 8:4, 29:5).
Putting aside all fears in this life, because we are not going to live by our own strength. Maintenance of the Father who makes us live (Deuteronomy 8:17). He's the most caring Father in our lives

BAPA PEMELIHARA - ID
Baca: Ulangan 8

BLESSED TO BE A BLESSING - EN
"... In thee shall all families of the earth be blessed" (Genesis 12:3)
A year Bible reading:
Genesis 32-34
Today is Chinese New Year 2563. The color red and fireworks coloring various places. That said, here's how to scare the Nian, a giant who appears late winter to feed on crops, livestock, and humans. Chinese culture is part of the cultural wealth of around 16 696 tribes in the world. Chinese tribe itself is the most populous ethnic group.
Every time I see ethnic diversity, I am reminded of God's covenant with Abraham. A promise of blessing which includes land and descendants, inclusion and protection, and the responsibilities associated with being a blessing to all the families of the earth (verses 1-3). Appointments and responsibilities that apply to us now! The New Testament states that we are to live by faith are children of Abraham. In Jesus Christ, the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles (Galatians 3:6-7,14).
In this biggest celebration of the Chinese let us raise a prayer to God in particular that more and more people from the tribes to be "children of Abraham", so they also got the greatest blessings that will take them as a part of all tribes and languages that glorify God throughout eternity (Revelation 5:9)
